About me

With nearly two decades of planning experience, Alexis has managed an extremely diverse portfolio of clients & events that has afforded her the opportunity to share her talents not just in Pittsburgh but beyond — from Los Angeles to New York City.


Alexis discovered her passion for planning & designing while working at her alma mater, THE Ohio State University, where she coordinated events for 50 to 2500 attendees. Upon returning to her hometown of Pittsburgh & further diving into the event industry, Alexis quickly realized that planning, styling & executing weddings, social soirees & charitable celebrations was the “marriage” of everything she loves — fashion, design, leadership, organization (bring on the Excel Spreadsheets!), & most importantly, people. 


Alexis, affectionately known as "Lex" to many (clients included), has the keen ability to incorporate unique, custom & extremely personalized elements. Her dedication to explore new concepts & create the unimaginable is always merged with her commitment to providing her clients with a methodical, transparent & enjoyable planning experience. Alexis is enamored with the journey from the initial concept to curation and execution, particularly while witnessing her clients take it all in. She is constantly in pursuit of making their vision & dreams come to fruition — or even better — going beyond their imagination.
